BaseLine© is designed to build your experience and confidence in process measurement, improvement and monitoring; without any initial training.

BaseLine© is also designed to provide the foundation for more complex tasks, techniques and tools such as system and process mapping; the investigation of systemic causes; and the design of interventions.

BaseLine© aims to make "systems thinking" widely accessible by the 99% of us who usually avoid numbers and statistics.

BaseLine© is designed to allow any time-series data to be presentable in a universally accessible and useful way, as a platform for systemic improvement.

Whilst making data interpretation intuitively very simple, the profound lessons taught by pioneers such as Walter Shewhart and W. Edwards Deming are respected; so BaseLine©  can be safely used by anyone engaged in applying more recent derivatives such as Lean, Six Sigma and Theory of Constraints.

BaseLine© is intended as the point of entry for people who are new to systems thinking, especially in the service sector.

BaseLine© is not intended to replace more sophisticated Statistical Process Control (SPC) software products which will remain the preference of SPC experts and which have an important role particularly in complex manufacturing environments.

Our mission is for BaseLine© to become the de facto standard process behaviour charting software for the non-expert.
